How it works:
- Each month will follow a specific wellness theme.
- Below, you will find a list of options for your participation. These activities will remain constant for the entire month. Each activity has a designated point value.
- Each FRIDAY, you will submit the form below to track your participation (i.e., what days of the week you completed that activity).
- We'll tally the points each MONDAY by 10am and update the standings page.
- Once you reach 15 points, you unlock a prize for yourself!
